Stearman Ventures Ltd, incorporating Group Companies +Stearman and SPS is a Strategy and Leadership Consultancy

Our focus is with business owners, boards of directors and investors, developing and helping implement strategy geared to growth in revenues, profit and business value.

Though we work with businesses of all sizes and in all markets, our specialty is high growth ambitious medium sized enterprises. We take a long term view, working holistically across all areas of the business. Our aim is always to help deliver the Leadership Group’s vision for their business, whether that be to build for the long term or work toward a successful exit for the owners.

Working closely with the directors and mentoring them to develop individual and collective effectiveness is central. Ensuring Strategic business planning processes are in place and that the business measures its performance against agreed goals is also a critical part of the support provided.

Founded by Keith Stearman approaching 20 years ago and based in York, the Group has established relationships with successful businesses and their owners and boards throughout the region and beyond.

Prior to forming Stearman Ventures Keith operated at senior board level in industry for more than 20 years.
